We have a language that came about from labeling things, saying what they are doing and what effect they have on other things - yet none of what we describe is the true reality, just a useful explanation.

From the language of things and their action, we have gone on to then ask Why? How? and Where? and so on in relation to these things and actions - we're asking questions and getting all confused over our language, not the true reality!

The true reality is just fine, not confusing, just here. Begin to label and explain though, you'll be full of questions of your own making!Ta Wanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15141579756370194801noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1953951051043885577.post-20982330838092961002013-06-30T23:42:00.000-07:002013-06-30T23:42:00.608-07:00Does the Law of Attraction exist?Absolutely not. Happiness came about before money. Happy babies have no concept of money. In travelling the world I saw many happy, smiling, laughing people who had no material wealth but a wealth of simplicity. I've seem plenty of material well off people with very sad existences.Ta Wanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15141579756370194801noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1953951051043885577.post-48861241772472756942013-06-17T23:15:00.000-07:002013-06-17T23:15:00.391-07:00How do you know that your experience of consciousness is the same as other people’s experience of consciousness? It's not. Happy people do not seek happiness. Happiness comes by itself and is always followed by unhappiness. What's so difficult about this?Ta Wanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15141579756370194801noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1953951051043885577.post-49596872874831599262013-06-15T23:10:00.000-07:002013-06-15T23:10:00.661-07:00Is time real? Nope. Pure fabrication.

All apparent cause and effect and future and past are fabrications in the mind (not that there is a mind) and because past and future don't exist, neither does now (as the concept 'now' is formed from the concepts 'past' and 'future').Ta Wanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15141579756370194801noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1953951051043885577.post-25700405872328849092013-06-14T23:08:00.000-07:002013-06-14T23:08:00.253-07:00If you could choose just one thing to change about the world, what would it be?Nothing. Happiness is not wanting to change a thing - and - we all understand the problem of time travel, that: If you go back and alter something then the future you came from is now not the same. This is also completely true of the present - alter anything and the whole thing is gone.

But is time real?Ta Wanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15141579756370194801noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1953951051043885577.post-33805178712876336652013-06-13T23:04:00.000-07:002013-06-13T23:04:00.755-07:00Prove to me that you are not figments of my imagination. Universes are real enough to the conceiver but all the universe is is a fabrication in the mind (not that there is a mind).Ta Wanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15141579756370194801noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1953951051043885577.post-40606083128403094902013-06-11T22:51:00.000-07:002013-06-11T22:51:00.556-07:00Why is there something rather than nothing? There is not really anything.

There is no stuff exactly, there is a dance of waves on a level we don't see, it's not really anything in the way we think about 'things' and 'stuff'. This nothing/something is not a thing floating in nothing, or a nothing containing something - it just appears that way.

Ta Wanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15141579756370194801noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1953951051043885577.post-27245868605460421462013-06-10T22:01:00.000-07:002013-06-10T22:01:01.367-07:00Should we take life seriously? You can, but it won't help at all. The serious aspects of life seem to relate to death, pain, suffering and then the inescapable trap that we would like to have control over these issues - and we can't.

Best bet is just live life like the great farce it is.

There do seem to be requests within religions that people be good or do good but the strict codes run alongside contradictions and metaphors - also requests for behavior that, when seen in the light of current thinking, seem not good at all.

It seems that one must be good already to interpret religion in a good way and then act well. - This is of course then open to very wide interpretation.Ta Wanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15141579756370194801noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1953951051043885577.post-59191613995635070152013-06-07T23:00:00.000-07:002013-06-07T23:00:06.401-07:00Does the universe have a purpose? No. I cannot see how the universe would need a purpose.
